We have been following Salvo on IG for some time now; his work is particularly unique in that he takes inspiration from antiquity and combines it into a mix that is then brought back to life on ancient canvases, which are none other than Sicilian ruins. It is not uncommon to find oneself lost in the Sicilian countryside, in the middle of nowhere, and stumble upon a work of art on an abandoned ruin - this is Ligama!
Sometimes, fate is like Tinder: it makes us meet the right person, at the right time. Participating in the organisation of a street art festival in Pachino, we contacted him and proposed: "We have a nice wall, do you want to see it?" Two weeks later, we were having lunch by the sea, thinking about how to bring it to life.
April arrives, and the work begins. In just four days, while the wall was taking shape, we were preparing a party to match the work.

The first in a series of festivals celebrating life and wine, allowing us to enjoy it even more.
But why all this?
Because we want art, just like our wine, to belong to everyone, no one excluded.
