It is indeed true that with commitment, ideas can turn into concrete, tangible projects. All the more so when they arise from feelings, thoughts or images that originate from one's own traditions. This is how LaBaronz was born, from a simple nickname that in reality expresses nobility of spirit, passion and creativity. And as in any self-respecting project, behind it there is commitment, study, sacrifice and passion handed down and acquired day after day, year after year.

LaBaronz is an IGA of 6% alcohol by volume, with a slightly veiled straw yellow colour, obtained from the early harvest of Muscat grapes that give citrus notes, enhanced during fermentation together with the wort. An original bouquet with floral and herbaceous aromas, ideal for the summer season and pairings with fish, fried food or for drinking at the seaside.
With the 2022 edition of LaBaronz, we were the only Italian beer firm to receive a prestigious award at the international 'IGA Beer Challenge' competition.
1 Italian Grape Ale is a very young and innovative beer style, typically Italian, born in 2006 and officially recognised by the Beer Judge Certification Programme in 2015. It is defined by the production process of the beer, which is rigorously artisanal and highly fermented, and which involves the addition of grapes either as natural fruit or grape must. A style that owes its appeal to the creativity of Italian master brewers and the strong link of its recipes with local traditions and products.
